I grew up enjoying my mother's delicious nut rolls (aka kolachi) as it was tradition to make them on holidays like Christmas and Easter. The walnut kolachi tastes as good as the ones my mom made, and that's a compliment as my mom came from a family of 8 and everyone agreed she made hers the best. I highly recommend.

I ordered the Honey walnut Kolachi Rolls and a Raspberry Kolachi roll. I was expecting these to taste like what my my Hungarian grandmother and family made, the Italian ones my mother made and many others from the Greek church, Russian family, polish family etc. These taste nothing like any of the ones I've eaten. These taste artificial, fake, a sickening taste that you can't get out of your mouth. These are nothing like any that I've eaten since I was a child nor the ones my 81 year old father has eaten made by his great grandmother and his mother who came over on the boat. Shame, shame.

Ordered closepin cookies for my wedding. They arrived well packed and taste great, but maybe a little too sweet. The problem is when you read the ingredients. It's all industrial waste products. These are nothing like homemade. Preservatives and canola oil galore. Might as well buy Little Debbie's for a fraction of the cost of you want sweet poison to eat.

I am from PA and so I was very familiar with these. My family is German and Hungarian. Then I moved to CA. We could not find anything like this there. From there we went to TX and now recently to MN. We have been ordering the nut and the apricot the most. We have tried other flavors but those two are our favorites. We always make sure we have them for the holidays! They freeze well, taste just like when you first received them. Their customer service is amazing! They are a little expensive but they do sometimes have discount codes. Definitely worth it. It warms my heart to have a piece of my heritage every time I bite into a piece. We will continue to order these. The best ever!

What a gem of a find! Delicious, impeccably made, fresh kolachi cookies, nut and poppyseed rolls delivered to my doorstep! Where I live, it is difficult to find this old world style of pastry and I wanted to get my husband a special dessert for his birthday so I gave Butter Maid a try. So glad I took a chance on this one, my order shipped the day after it was placed and arrived at our doorstep beautifully wrapped and baked to perfection. If you are looking for anything they have to offer, this is the place to order your baked goods! Will definitely order again in the future! They deliver nationwide, if you’re even vaguely in the market, order right away and your happiness level will increase dramatically when that pink box arrives at your home.
